We do not physically own or operate a datacenter ourselves, but instead have left the multi-million pound development and maintenance to experienced trusted third parties — allowing us to concentrate on offering you a wide range of cheap, well support dedicated servers.
The main datacenter we use is actually three state-of-the-art data centers located in Texas, USA with complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity and security with over 83,000 square foot of raised floor, 7.5 megawatts of generator power, 58 26-ton Data Air air condonitioning units and over 1,120 smoke detectors (with pre-action dry pipe sprinkler systems and Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus), these are datacenters made to last and host critical websites.

NetworkOur third US datacenter location has 11,000 square foot of raised floor air coniditioned systems with dual 30 Ton APC/Airflow triple compresser redundant systems. Power supply wise, there is over 800amps 480V (3200amps 110v) 3-phase power supply from the utility provider with two UPS (a 150KVA and 160KVA) systems and a 250KW diesal generator standing by in case of total utility power loss.

Used mainly for our range of "Xen hypervisor engine" powered Virtual Private Servers [VPS] (also known as Virtual Dedicated Servers [VDS]), this datacenter is based in Atlantia, Georgia, USA and has 2x 5,000 gallon fuel tanks to power 1.5 Megawatt and 800 KVA generators, 4 UPS systems, 8x22 ton air systems, FM200 Fire supression and VESDA early smoke detection - complete with video surveillance, recording, biometric scanning and key card security.
Network
Based in Stratford in London, this is a 14,000 square foot raised floor facility with complete redundancy in protected power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity and on-site manned security. It has 12 26-ton AC units with a dry-pipe pre-action sprinkler system, VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus), over 5,000 amps on input power, 4x 500 KVA MGE UPS Units, and 3x2.5MVA diesel generators.
NetworkLocated in the award winning "Global Switch London 1" facility ("Best Datacenter" award in 2005's annual ISPA Awards), this datacenter has between 600-750 watts per sq m colling power, room air conditioning units, chilled water HVAC system, on site sub-station, backup generators, N+1 Uninterruptible Power Supply solution and multiple inbound utility power supplies to the 252,089 square foot facility.
