There is technical support that some companies may say they offer and then there is UK2 technical support. UK2 say what they do and do what they say, what a difference. Need we say more?

I have two servers with them and in all honesty they are good, but not great. I have had a few issues over the year that I have been with them for and although the issues were small there support didn't live up to it's reputation.Pricing is standard, the odd promotion is worth a look at. Recently looking for another server and both fasthosts and netwise hosting seem to be running good prices and good reviews.Hope this is of help to someone anyway.

Stay away from UK2NET

Just top set the record straight, I have used virtually all main stream dedicated server companies in the UK (and in European based) likes of WebFusion, 1and1, Fasthost, EasySpace, Tagadab to name few.  UK2 is the one I will remember for a long long time, for a negative reason.I have signed up for a reseller account, and within 2 weeks server that my account was hosted has been compromised.  All my domain (only 8 of them) was redirected to hacker site which done using some kind DNS fooling.  No one from UK2 have any clue what was happening on the server.Just to prove my theory, I have deleted everything (I mean everything including the httpdoc folder) somehow that domain still being forwarded to hacker web site.  Funny enough, as soon as I have set the name server to the my Domain Registration company 123-reg all redirects has stopped.UK2 normally you cannot modify the DNS entry unless you pay them a monthly fee, so whole of DNS modification was done in their core DNS server.  Every time I have contacted them they give me an impression that "I don't care - It's your business".If you think my story is one off, then try searching Google (yahoo, msn or any others) about UK2 SERVER HACKED stories.Please don't take a chance with them.
